The CBM2096E is available in 48-pin TQFP and 64-pin LQFP package, which are thinnest and smallest on the market. The 48-pin CBM2096E and the 64-pin CBM2096E all support up to 8 flash chips. Customers can choose different packages to meet their design requirement.
