This case is quite special, because before the customer uses our company's touch button control chip, the product of a famous Korean chip company is applied. Due to the radio interference of the walkie-talkie, the water dispenser touches the keys and jumps the keys and leaks and malfunctions, causing customers to lose nearly 2,000 key control boards. After the control board was reimbursed, the technicians tried a number of domestic and foreign companies' chips. It did not help, and they could not effectively prevent the radio from erroneously triggering the touch keys or causing the keys to fail.
In the case of incompetence, the customer's technical staff consulted our engineers for solutions to related problems. During the communication between the two parties, we learned that our chips have superior performance in terms of anti-interference, stability and sensitivity. And therefore decided to adopt. The result was surprising. Using a 5W (professional-grade) walkie-talkie (the power of ordinary walkie-talkies is only 0.5-1W), the frequency is 400MHZ-460MHZ, and the talk is performed at a distance of 1cm from the key spring. The touch button is triggered without error, and the sensitivity is still normal .
